Excellent market lots of stuff to look at and be able to purchase really good stuff you got to stop by and check it out take a beautiful stroll on the Sunday have something to eat something to drink maybe you'll find that one thing you're looking for and make sure you say thank you to the vendors and I'm one of them Papi's Street Food LLC stop by
Coming from Toronto, the market was very underwhelming. Although vendors were great and very friendly I expected more of a selection of local goods. I specifically went in search for local honeys / jams but unfortunately no vendors carried these things at the time. I did however get some great freshly baked goods from the bread vendor. It would be great to see the market promoted more and expanded in the coming years. It definitely has potential.
Great local market with a lot of local crafts. Only a few farmers market vendors though. We did get a couple of bags of fresh vegetables too! Vendors were really friendly too. There is a great local park with waterfront bike trail too. Worth the trip!!
I love this this market!! Not only because I work it but the people I work with are amazing AND what can I say about my customers…You all have a piece of my heart! ❤️
Once upon a time I took the Winter Garden Walking Food Tour- it was great! During our delicious adventure, we wondered into the Winter Garden Farmer's Market & I sampled Kimchi by John Tran. Honestly, I don't care for fermented food items, but his Kimchi was flavorful. He is now able to be found at the Clermont Farmers Market... I also got to try his home-made peanut sauce & WOW! I will never buy peanut sauce from a grocery store again. I call/text John about a week + in advance to ensure he'll have enough for my order and it's ready & waiting for me...
As far as the rest of the market? It's NOT your typical farmers market. Yes, there are 1-2 small booths with fresh veggies. A fish vendor (which, maybe it's me, but I don't feel safe buying fish that's been out all day in coolers) a local beef vendor- never bought from him. Fresh bread bakers. Jerusalem street food. Farm fresh eggs - very pricey (& chicks,) but no complaints as to egg quality. Mini cheesecakes, pickles, empanadas, smoothies, teas, heavily (too heavily) flavored hot cocoa in the fall/winter, and a macaroon cookie lady. The rest of the market is made up of a bunch of artisans selling their wares like: spare golf clubs, knife sharpening, travel mugs, novelty character terrariums, ribbon wreaths, doggy scarves, (not hand-made) jewelry, (also not hand-made) leather bags, (ugly tie-die/hawaiian) shirts & moo-moos, travel mugs, cutting boards, etc. Oh & the BEST saxophone player! I went to buy his CD yesterday, but he wasn't there :(
Vendors come & go. Market gets 2 stars, but bc of Kimchi Jogn & the sax guy- 4 stars!
Lots of vendors, beautiful downtown, only one fruit and vegetable stand.
There's something for everyone here and over the years has continued to grow. Highly recommend visiting!
I love the market and the venders are all nice. It would be cool though to just see more of a rotation and new venders sometimes. Or even if it was able to expand and have like a limited time vendor section or something, it would be fun to see new stuff and people.
Superb Farmers Market! Love the Orlando City Pasta, super fresh, European and delicious. Fresh strawberries by a lovely local grower are extremely addictive. Very fresh fish seller, incredible fresh produce choices, the best salsa booth from Tres Amigos restaurant makes this the best of all the markets around. Every Sunday. I am hooked and will continue going despite relocating over an hour and a half away. It’ll be worth it for such delectable delicacies!
Very nice small farmers market and nice vendors. I bought amazing fresh local eggs and found this amazing German bakery next to the vendor. I don’t know why the bakery is hidden, but their breads are fresh and organic. Much more better than the French bakery on the market. Finally we have wholesome organic baking goods in Clermont without preservatives! Thank you Beneficial Breads!
